[Request] Support Gemini through vertex AI

🥰 Feature Description

Google AI studio isn't available in all regions, making it impossible for certain places not to use gemini with lobechat. Adding a secondary implementation using vertex AI would make it possible for users using Google Cloud to add gemini anyway.

Add support for Google Gemini through Vertex AI next to the existing implementation. This should ensure that users outside of the supported regions have a secondary option.
