Spice Melange being used when re-running garbo with full organs (due to mimeo bug) [BUG]

When garbo errors out due to Mimeo bug, I have to re-run it. Re-running it causes garbo to think organs are overfilled and require the use of a spice melange. This has been occurring for me since the mimeo bug occurred.

If the use of the spice melange is in fact beneficial, then it is not being used properly at start of the run.
