[BUG] garbo abort after pile-up of Kramco, digitize, and Deep Dark Jungle keycard

Describe the bug Yesterday my sausage goblin was up so garbo decided to catch it in the Deep Dark Jungle. That exact turn I apparently spent enough time in the zone to get the keycard, so I got that. Garbo re-adventured, but by then the digitize was up and that overrode the sausage goblin. Garbo aborted due to getting the wrong wanderer.

To Reproduce Presumably have a guaranteed Kramco one turn away from a digitize, and have something unexpected higher in priority take a turn when going to catch it.

Expected behavior Being able to account for that somehow.
