List of monsters to yellow ray only supports fighting for frats in L12 quest

Yellow ray list lacks monsters for Frat Boy Ensemble and War Hippy Fatigues outfits. Also need to add condition for "auto_hippyInstead" property to all L12 outfits to make sure we are getting the outfits we want

Haven't ran autoscend while fighting for hippies. Found this when working on #899
