@Hobbes-Le-Chat - I believe the other workaround would be to use a different version of ROCm if that's possible in this setup?

I believe older - though do you need the random_ltd op for what you are doing?

I see - I suspect then that you are better off either disabling the DS_BUILD_RANDOM_LTD op for now, and users will at least see it as unavailable in their ds_report,...

That's a question for @rraminen and @jithunnair-amd, but I would guess it just needs a newer version of ROCm. If any DeepSpeed features are needed, we will update those too,...
