[BUG] No option to change font size for links

Describe the bug Posts that link to external sites have the domain on the card, there’s no way to change that font size

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Look in the theme settings for anything related to font size and this url field.
2. Not finding anything, do a sanity check. For every font setting in the theme, set it to the minimum value. (This is verifying the url font size setting isn’t mapped to a different size slider)
3. Go to a subreddit with links (/r/news)
4. See that url text size is significantly larger than everything else

Expected behavior Ability to change font size
