[BUG] crossed out play button showing while playing a video

Describe the bug playing a video in winston, changing to another app and the coming back to winston makes a crossed play button appear suggesting the video cannot be played. nevertheless, the video is still playable but the crossed out play button won't disappear until the feed or the post is refreshed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. go to a post with a video
2. play said video
3. stop playing the video
4. change to another app
5. change back to winston
6. the video preview will now be black and a crossed out play button appears
7. press play
8. the video will play but the crossed out play button stays

Expected behavior after changing to another app and getting back to wintson, the video preview should not be black, the play button should not be crossed out and the crossed out play button should disappear from a playing video
