[BUG] Filtered Subreddits do not Persist

Describe the bug Subreddit filtering does filter subs properly in feeds such as r/Popular and r/All.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Attempt to filter a subreddit
2. Refresh the app
3. See that the filtered subreddit did not persist after restarting the app.

Expected behavior The filtered subreddit list should function function properly

I have this issue as well. I’ve filtered various subreddits and when browsing /r/popular the filtered subreddit still show up
