[FR] Display "upvotes hidden" when a post is too recent to display the post/comment scores

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Currently, Winston displays "1" upvote for each comment during the initial hours after a post is made. This is because the upvotes are hidden. It would be helpful for Winston to indicate when the upvotes are in fact hidden.
