[Bug] Sync Api Key

Describe the bug It dosent sync the api key even though signed in with the same apple id on both devices

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: just toggle it and try to sync it via another device

Expected behavior Sync with other device

Device (please complete the following information): Iphone 13 pro Ios 17.2.1 Ipad Air 4 ios 17.0
