[Bug] [Alpha] Accent Color is Randomly Applied to Settings List

Describe the bug There are 4 list items titles at the bottom of the settings page that seem to respect accent color when they shouldn’t.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Apply any theme
2. View the settings page, and observe the four bottom list item titles.

Expected behavior I assume this is an error? I can’t think why these 4 times in the list in particular would need to be themed. The expected behavior would be for the accent color to apply only to the icon in the list, not the text as well.

Device (please complete the following information): iPhone 13 Pro iOS 17.2.1
