[Bug] [ALPHA] Importing themes duplicates the import

Describe the bug When importing a theme (.winston) from an external source such as the native Files app, winston duplicates the theme resulting in the same theme imported twice.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Import a theme from Files, watch winston display the “success” popup twice, view the double imported theme inside the themes section of the app.

Expected behavior A singular, standard, import.
