[Bug] Search result view displays results misaligned

Describe the bug When entering a post search into Winston, the cells are displayed without any vertical padding between each cell. They are also left aligned.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Search posts, look at the results, profit

Expected behavior The cells should display with the same margins/padding utilized in the currently selected theme.

Device (please complete the following information): iPhone 13 Pro iOS 17.2.1
