Describe the bug The disputes amount is not showing up when the solver receives the message to resolve a dispute between two users. This happens when the solver uses another language distinct to spanish.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set another language using the bot command /setlang.
2. You need to be a solver in order to resolve a dispute and receive the message from the bot.
3. Wait for resolve a dispute. When a dispute is showed up, you as a solver try to resolve it. After that you will receive a message from the bot.
4. See that the amount of the disputes is missing.

Expected behavior The amount of disputes needs to be showed up for both users.
