When an order is cancelled it is republished

When a order maker tries to cancel an order that has already been taken, before the counterparty sends the invoice or pay the invoice (depending on whether it is a purchase or sale) the order will be republished, instead of being cancelled.

Also the wizard does not close for the user who took the order unless type /exit
