Show the previous Status to DISPUTE in dispute message for solvers

When a solver takes a dispute, the bot shows him the Status of the order that is DISPUTE. There are cases in which a seller initiates a dispute claiming that the buyer has not sent the fiat and is not online. Sometimes the buyer spends a long time offline and the solver has no way of finding out if he sent the fiat to the seller until he reconnects, taking the process much longer.

Describe the solution you'd like That the dispute message shows the Status previous to that of DISPUTE, so the solver has more information to make the correct decision.

Additional context If the previous Status is FIAT_SENT, the buyer supposedly sent the fiat and the solver should not cancel the operation until the matter is cleared up with both parties and he should wait for the buyer to come online. If the previous Status is ACTIVE it is not necessary to keep the seller waiting to cancel the order and return his Sats.
