possible to make an app that uses dragonboat as underlying framework for a simple KV BUT like scylladb?

e.g. a joining scylladb node only need to specify the ip address of the scylladb node ip address and everything else is automatic from there. initial declaration need RF=3 then everything else is automated. geo aware can be later done. can this be done easily?

looking forward to this. anyone in progress of doing this?
