Documentation issue

Container name for Bitcoin is no longer called "bitcoind", on my last image is just called "bitcoin", so the documentation needs to be updated accordingly. I refer to README.md -> Interact section where some examples are shown.

Actually the container can be called whatever the user wants to name it.

In the example its called bitcoind. In some projects such as umbrel it may be called bitcoin
