full blast+ output for ani.rb

Hello @lmrodriguezr , The --out option in ani.rb describes the alignments used for the two-way ANI. I'd like to inspect the regions used, using different window sizes and step sizes to optimize it. Is there any tweak to actually recover the blast+ tabular outputs? thanks in advance!

Hello @geboro , No, there isn't, but it'd be easy to implement so I'll mark this as a request and I think I can get a push with the change pretty soon.
