Hmm, that error usually happens when the tests are already in the database. Then I'm not sure why the tests aren't being listed.

Yeah, since it's been a while that we don't used multiple iterations in a test, this completely slipped through :(

You may look at: https://beaker-project.org/ Its advantages over autotest are a better test lab management system.
Where are you running the install? Some information on the environment would be important.
