Support for markdown-style tables

Describe the problem: Tables in markdown currently cannot be parsed by murex

Possible ways to implement: There's a few standards that seem similar, eg https://tbln.dev/

however this seems relatively niche and the repo relatively inactive. So might be advisable to write my own parser instead...?
