`value.valueOf()` and `Date.now()` should both be the epoch time in milliseconds, which should represent the complete date & time. I'll take another look at it though

For what it's worth, you *can* click the date/time next to the option and tweak it for the current snooze (not a permanent edit). Not the same as what you're...
I think there's a Telemetry dashboard with a better breakdown of things, but I can't find it off the top of my head. Google Analytics says about 25% custom snooze...
