The "upload file" menu at the botttom of the solution _form does not work

It actually does attach, it just doesn't display in the solutions edit page, only the solutions show page, have to actually submit the solution. Another issue: deleting an attachment but retaining the image tag produces a nil error. Will create a separate issue for this.

While waiting for bullring, will work on these issues.

branch uploadsol contains changes, will see if changes cause any conflicts.
