migrate helm chart

seems that the helm chart for cerebro is getting deprecated charts.helm.sh https://github.com/helm/charts/tree/master/stable/cerebro

I can give a hand to migrate it here using GitHub pages as hosting... but I need someone from the repo owners to step in on enabling such feature

@moliware @zeph What would you say to using this github repo as helm chart hosting - simply using raw link - works great, and no github pages setup.. See what how its done here: https://github.com/opendistro-for-elasticsearch/opendistro-build/pull/693 - I'll gladly submit PR if you like ?
