Way to remove accessories from HomeKit?

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a way to remove accessories from HomeKit. I quite new to this and was able to hide accessories from my Homebridge accessory list, but they still show up on HomeKit. I just want the temperature to show up in HomeKit, without all the other accessories like sensors or the temperature of the hot water. I know you can hide them from Home Status, but they still show up in some places. When I for example ask how hot it is inside, it will always give me multiple temperatures where I just want one. Is there something I'm missing and is there an option to disable specific accessories?
