Refresh not working on routes

When I open say http://localhost:4200/#/moduleC or share this url the application is not working.

ERROR Error: Uncaught (in promise): Error: Cannot match any routes. URL Segment: 'moduleC' Error: Cannot match any routes. URL Segment: 'moduleC'

Why don't you work with angular elements? I tried this load dynamically module and it gave me a lot work and limitations.
