Delete activities more consistently

There are several ways to delete activities because we are not currently using a consistent approach 2-3 day task to get a handle on this - This will require planning before hand

there's the nightly/weekly job that expires old activities, there's delete group, and there's the action when a person clicks "DELETE" on an activity this isn't super-high priority, but it is error-prone
