Changing your name in production does not update every post

with the .9.1 release; my name was set to "Lisa". After the release I changed my name from "Lisa" to "Mona"; then within 3-5 mins, changed it back to "Lisa".

There were 3 posts on my personal stream that retained "Mona". There were posts before and after that were updated with the correct name. There was no pattern as to why these three did not update. One had associated comments, the other two did not. One was shared, the other two were not.

Thinking that there might have been a possible race condition, it was recommend that I change my name to "Mona" and wait for 1/2 hour. I did so. Then 2 different posts, again only my personal stream "stuck" with "Lisa".
