B-06090 users concerned because they are seeing their private group activity in the everyone stream

The everyone stream is displaying the private group activity but only for that person. So anyone who does not have access to the private group does not see this activity in his/her everyone stream. there are a couple of way to solve this User Interface issue. 1. Add some type of visual icon to indicate to users that specific posts are private. 2. Redefine/better define the meaning of the everyone stream.

Argument for removal: Eventually, the public stream should have SO much content, users should really only use it to find new things/people to follow. So it should maybe auto filter out things they already follow.

Argument for keeping: Users may expect the "Everyone" feed to include everything they have the power to see. So perhaps that content should appear there, but with something that marks it as special and private.

Spoke with program manager and the decision was made to simply provide the visual indicator
