Rapid Flicking on Client Start Up

I'm unsure why, this just started today (01/28/2024-USA)

When I type /Porch, it just flickers. When I disable/enable it, it works just fine! But after my client stops, it happens all over again.

It seems like another plugin has updated with a bug that is setting the next window to toggle visibility. Plugin windows can interfere like this. The only way to determine which plugin it is, is to manually remove a subset of plugins until you eventually find which plugin is causing it.

It is highly likely not Orchestrion's fault.
