Using graph edge list as input?

LargeVis supports both vectors and a graph edge list as input, can umap do this as well?

So instead of

1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0
1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0
...
...
1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0

use a list of edges (potentially with weights?)

0 1 2.5
1 0 2.5
2 5 4.5
5 2 4.5
3 10 3.0

I'm trying to get a neat 2d layout for the graph I have, in order to visualize StackExchange sites Q&As :)
