Enrich progress report by hyperlinks to outputs of already failed tests

As a developer or tester I would appreciate the progress report to be enhanced by a direct link to a test report (saved html markup, screenshot, ...) of a failed test, even though steward is still running other tests. This would be more practical as we could react earlier when something goes wrong with currently running tests.

Currently, test reports are collected at the time all tests are finished.
