Feature: allows to specify a custom log group or to configure the retention time of the log group

The SAM template for the SAR repository should allow specifying a custom log group or providing a custom retention period for the Lambda log group.

This is something that can help with cost saving.

Right now a dedicated log group is created and it has unlimited retention.
