Good idea and I am start do this component too, but found yours

And it is does not worked

You should

• update component and aframe version
• load imgs localy
• update raycaster https://aframe.io/docs/0.5.0/components/raycaster.html

I did it all but fail

I've tested the component by creating the simpliest example and updating aframe version is not breaking anything. It is another component used by the example that causing trouble. Indeed it could be great to update all the dependencies but I don't think the real issue is for aframe-speech-command-component. I've not identified which component crashes but it is not the aframe core.
