No, it's a sway/river issue and it's fixed on river already but the fix is unreleased https://github.com/riverwm/river/commit/9db41115a8a2f5a8973d52a440562a9cd81ffcba
It doesn't happen in river patched with that commit, or on Weston (according to upstream issue), or on KDE/Gnome. Are you sure you're experiencing the same issue?
Partially fixed by #8295 and the corresponding wlroots change, now the SSD (borders) is always correct at least. The window however still flickers while you're resizing and can change position.
The issue is better illustrated by the following command: ```sh WAYLAND_DEBUG=1 mpv --no-config --idle --force-window 2>| grep -E 'xdg_toplevel.*configure|set_window_geometry' ``` mpv receives wildly different configure width/height from sway while resizing...
Does `icc-profile-auto=no` fix it? `--no-config` also disables loading of any external files, which include icc profiles provided by Windows. > edit: I see it was suggested but no idea why....

I don't see the metadata update at all here, even your Icecast Dashboard doesn't have metadata for the lossless stream. 
Actually, this is a ffmpeg issue. It's fixed by https://ffmpeg.org//pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2023-April/308780.html and only specifically affects flac edit: v3 of the patch: https://ffmpeg.org//pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2023-May/309603.html
