@pshipton do we still have this issue? If so, we can skip uploading testenv.properties and TAP to openj9 artifactory for passed build.
We should mark the node offline automatically when there is an error `Cannot delete workspace: Unable to delete ...`
cleanWs() (at groovy level) happens after the jdk_container is exited. jdk_container is a openjdk tests which does not belong to us.
From the internal history, this test only runs on linux compressed ref. Is this test ready to run on other platforms? (i.e., mac, large heap, etc) fyi @LinHu2016
Both 1k and 1M are excluded.
In addition to ensuring all upstream pipelines (i.e., Adoptium, Openj9, Semeru, etc) pass the correct parameters, this change requires regenerating or updating all test jobs and Grinders across all sites....

This test can run on any regular test machines. We do not have to limit the test to `kermit`.
