Problems Scaling with cpu don´t working and time left : unknown error ver 1.2.0.2

I've been trying to testing the program for a screenshot but it does not matter what model or settings you place when I use it the image looks the same as the original without using the program

also most of the time there is an error in the console that says: time left: unknown. Then it stops working and I can not close it. then the program saturates my computer

I have to restart it after that
