Error with CUDA

windows ltsb on my gtx1060 it doesn`t work 1 default

Your nVidia driver is not new enough. CUDA Toolkit 10.0.130 requires driver version >= 411.31.

But when I was win 1803, it works well; yesterday I just change to LTSB(1607), it does not work any more. (The same drive 397.64). It`s strange.
