Installing & Running on Heroku

Hi,

Anyone made it to install and run toobusy on Heroku? If yes please share how you did it. If no please add a tag like <<NotSuitableForCloud>> and update your Readme.md as appropriate.

It's worked fine for me on Heroku without needing to anything more than add it to package.json
