Is there a way to search for a track / album based on keywords yet?

There's no search implemented, this is purely a CLI download tool. I can't remember if the API provides search but I think so, although it's not implemented here. Nonetheless, since the list of tracks can be obtained, there's little to prevent building a search function from that.
