Attempting to investigate issues with our tests, they seem to timeout or something.

Building on an OSX platform, failing on a dpkg-deb command in a build script - am I missing something or should it be building on a Debian or Ubuntu machine?

Edit : read the old logs and they're going on Ubuntu Trusty. Would probably change it to Ubuntu Xenial.

@awilkins Vim-mode-plus is using objective-c, so is wrap-guide. In https://github.com/lloeki/ex-mode/commit/99dd953370ded740057119fda1a4761cbd8a4b12 we changed to use generic, and no specific reason is mentioned in it. This MR attempts to use the same config as other atom packages use.

That commit mostly just copied the CI template, which uses generic but I think it used to use objective-c.
