Automatically create/delete pages across all languages

I wondered if it is possible to create a translation directly when creating a new page?

At the moment my workflow for creating a new page in several languages is like this:

1. Pages > "Add New"
2. Enter title, text, attributes etc. then "Publish"
3. Click on "Pages" for a listing of all pages
4. Click link "Create a new translation in ..." in the row of the newly created page
5. Create that page from scratch

It would be much easier if under Pages > "Add New" the MLS dropdowns already included the option to create a linked draft in the other blog(s), including the page attributes, and prepopulated with the original content as a reminder of what needs to be said in the other languages...

In the same vein it would be great if deleting a page would also delete the linked pages in the other language blogs.
