[Bug]: Styles Disappear After Reloading Browser (Chrome)

What happened?

Styles saved during an instance disappear if you hit the reload button (tested in Chrome).

Here's what it looks like after I save a few new styles:

Once I hit reload, all my new styles are gone. (OH NO!!)

Clicking on the Styles save dialog is also missing the new styles:

The only way to get them to come back I found when I (grumblingly) saved a new style and found my other styles back, like a runaway teen who got hungry and cold:

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Save a style or two.
2. Click reload.
3. Look at Styles dropdown menu.
4. Observe missing styles.
