[Feature Request]: Option to set a default upscaler for Hiresfix

hello,
it´s only a small thing but it has cost me literally hours of wasted time. i don´t know if it is only me but i guess others have this issue too.
the default upscaler for hiresfix is LATENT and i don´t know how often i forgot to change that.
it would be great to have an option in the setting to set your own default upscaler for hiresfix.
You can do this in Settings --> Defaults... so that whatever settings you have are the ones that will load up each time you start A1111/Forge.
It applies to EVERY setting though, so prompts, samplers, steps, image dimensions... etc, everything. So, best thing to do is when you first start up A1111/Forge, before you start generating and tweaking things, go into Hiresfix, make whatever changes you want, and then go set the defaults.
