Extension broken - Deoldify

Hello, The extension: https://github.com/SpenserCai/sd-webui-deoldify Is not working. It causes dependancy errors. I think it should be pulled from the extension list. What would be better is to show it but disable it, so people know its not available because its incompatible.

If I knew how I would help try and fix it. Probably just needs to use the same packages that Forge uses.
