will the qwen model run on Forge?
trying to use qwen in forge because gwen beat krea in text which i am need. i downloaded a gwen gguf q8 model 21gb along with the qwen vae and text encoder but forge error did not recognize the model. anyone else into this?
Hi, I'm working on it with qwen lightning lora (https://civitai.com/articles/18144/in-progress-qwen-image-lightning-in-forgewebui) I did progress since. On a 8gb vram laptop with 64gb ram : No more incompatibility, no oom error, loading model and lora ok, generating the 8 steps without error but the result is a black screen. I will try on a better gpu to compare.
As of 24.09.2025 Qwen is apparently supported in Forge-Neo (https://github.com/Haoming02/sd-webui-forge-classic/tree/neo). Can't say much as I just started to use it but so far so good...
