"Beta" Schedule Type doesn't work with V-Prediction Models

When I set the Schedule Type to Beta when using V-Prediction models, it generates a blurry image. Using the same parameters in A1111 Dev would net me an actual image generation.

Fixed it by making the same changes as the latest commit in the Dev branch of A1111
