contolnet not work , can soneone explain??

We need more info than this to help you. Are you seeing errors in the console? Do you have the correct controlnet models installed?

The CN throws an error when we select a preprocessor in the IP-Adapter, or even when just selecting the IP-Adapter, it doesn’t apply the features of the reference person.
