Saving settings creates multiple "[Forge] Flux Realistic" and "[Forge] Flux Realistic (Slow)" entries in Sampler list

Every time I click Apply Settings followed by Reload UI, an additional pair of [Forge] Flux Realistic" and "[Forge] Flux Realistic (Slow)" entries are created in the Sampler list samplerlist

Apply Settings alone does not do this, and the duplicate entries disappear if the whole command window is closed and Forge is reloaded from scratch. It's not a big deal but worth mentioning.
