Doesn't show generated images, doesn't refresh txt2img output pane

This problem seems to manifest whenever there's more than one tab open. I usually have several tabs open with different prompts, which run in serial. The GPU obviously does create the pictures but they don't show in the txt2img tab, usually after a few runs. Only solution is to completely refresh the tab and enter everything again. Never had this problem with A1111.
